Corelyn AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or outdated. Corelyn AI does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any output generated by AI Models.
AI output does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Users are solely responsible for verifying outputs before reliance.
Users may configure system prompts to influence AI behavior. You acknowledge and agree that:
Users may upload files to the Services for processing by AI Models.
You represent and warrant that:
Corelyn AI may scan, analyze, store, and process uploaded files solely for the purpose of providing the Services and ensuring platform security.
Corelyn AI assumes no liability for uploaded content.
Users may create, modify, and publish AI personalities (“Personalities”) within the Services.
Users retain ownership of their submitted content, subject to the license granted herein.
By creating or publishing Personalities, you grant Corelyn AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, host, reproduce, modify (for technical functionality), distribute, and display such content in connection with the Services.
If you publish a Personality publicly:
Corelyn AI does not guarantee availability, permanence, or integrity of any Personality.
You agree not to:
Corelyn AI reserves the right to determine violations at its sole discretion.
All rights, title, and interest in the Services (excluding User Content) are and shall remain the exclusive property of Corelyn AI or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Services except as expressly permitted.
You retain ownership of User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant Corelyn AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for the operation and improvement of the Services.
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Corelyn AI may remove or restrict User Content at any time.
Donations are voluntary and do not confer ownership, equity, or financial interest in Corelyn AI.
Donations may be non-refundable unless required by law. Recurring donations may be canceled by the user at any time.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
CORELYN AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORELYN AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR USE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Corelyn AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
Corelyn AI may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Corelyn AI is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or competent courts in Corelyn AI’s jurisdiction, at Corelyn AI’s discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Corelyn AI regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
